Strategic Planning 2024-2027

正澳门六合彩官网’s Strategic Planning Committee is charged with developing a three-year Strategic Plan that is focused on identifying strategic initiatives that will move the needle in a meaningful way for differentiating 正澳门六合彩官网 and generating more revenue. The Committee will present a plan to the Board of Trustees to approve on May 17, 2024.

Process

The Committee began with the question: What are three to five focused initiatives that lean into our strengths to further enhance them and/or reach new markets in ways that will generate additional revenue for the College?

Student, staff, and faculty input was gathered at 17 listening sessions and through an email survey. All ideas and comments were sorted into categories and from this, five potential initiatives were identified.
