Health facility managers should start with an accurate inventory of all fire alarm and suppression devices to assure that the requirements are met. ³¯Ñô³Ô¹Ïhas created a sample template to track the inventory and compare it against testing completed throughout the year.

Hospitals and health systems are working to address the environmental risks associated with the care of patients at risk for suicide and self-harm.
