  • As part of the chapter agreement with ASHE, Chapters submit an annual report to verify that Chapters have met the criteria to maintain their chapter status. The Chapter Annual Report and Awards Application is due on April 1.

  • Chapter Awards The 陳栠勛圖Chapter Awards program recognizes the outstanding achievements and contributions of its chapters that partner with 陳栠勛圖to help optimize the health care physical environment. Chapter Award recipients are acknowledged during the Health Care Facilities Innovation Conference and the Chapter Leadership Forum.

  • Chapter Challenge The Energy to Care Chapter Challenge program allows 陳栠勛圖affiliated chapters to participate in a friendly competition against one another in an effort to reduce their energy consumption. Chapters who participate in the Chapter Challenge qualify to apply for Elite status during the Chapter Awards season.

  • Submit your chapter's upcoming event to be included on the 陳栠勛圖Chapter Calendar of Events. Entries are subject to approval by ASHE. Approved submissions will be added to the 陳栠勛圖Chapter Calendar of events within 5 business days. Upon approval, your event will auto-populate on the Chapter Calendar of Events as entered in the form. 陳栠勛圖staff will not be editing event entries prior to them posting. Please take the time to review your content for accuracy and correct spellings prior to submission.

  • Please help us keep our records up to date and complete the Chapter Contacts Update Form if your Chapter has had any leadership, staff support, or general information changes. This information will be used to update our database, the Chapter Section on the 陳栠勛圖website, and Chapter communications.

  • Chapters can take advantage of the opportunity to have your 陳栠勛圖Advisory Board Member, the 陳栠勛圖President, or the 陳栠勛圖Executive Director present an 陳栠勛圖update at your chapters event free of charge as one of the many benefits of being an 陳栠勛圖Chapter.

    Chapters who participated in the Chapter Awards program may have one professional staff presentation at any chapter event during the year of their award. Visit the 陳栠勛圖Speaker Information webpage to learn more about available topics and speakers.

  • Emerging Regional Leader Award This award recognizes 10 exceptional Emerging Leaders, one from each 陳栠勛圖region, for their demonstrated commitment to the field and their interest in developing further leadership skills.

  • Chapters can request an 陳栠勛圖membership list for their state to utilize for the sole purpose of identifying potential new members and/or business partners within the local/state chapter area.

  • Submit a request to have your Chapters educational programming approved to provide Continuing Education Credit (CEC) from ASHE.

  • Chapters are awarded vouchers to give out to their members as part of the Chapter Awards Program. The 陳栠勛圖Member Dues voucher gives a new member one free year of 陳栠勛圖membership. Chapters select their recipients and submit the voucher request form by October 31.

  • Chapters are awarded vouchers to give out to their members as part of the Chapter Awards Program. The Publications voucher gives a recipient one of ASHEs publications at no charge. Chapters select their recipients and submit the voucher request form by October 31.

  • Chapters are awarded vouchers to give out to their members as part of the Chapter Awards Program. The CHFM/CHC exam fee voucher allows a first-time exam taker to take the exam for free. Chapters select their recipients and submit the voucher request form by October 31.

  • Chapters are awarded vouchers to give out to their members as part of the Chapter Awards Program. The Health Care Facilities Innovation Conference Registration Fee voucher waives the registration fee for the recipient. Chapters select their recipients and submit the voucher request form by June 30.
