³¯Ñô³Ô¹ÏHealth Care Decarbonization Code Overlay

Health Care Decarbonization Code Overlay Cover

This code overlay will assist health care systems with their decarbonization efforts — in other words, help to reduce carbon and related emissions from health care operations.

The code overlay includes recommended changes to ASHRAE 90.1-2010, ASHRAE 90.1-2016, IECC 2012 and IECC 2018. These code versions, which are the most commonly adopted today throughout the United States, were selected to simplify the adoption process.

Explanatory and supporting language is included throughout the document to assist with the interpretation and understanding of the recommended code changes.

Why isn’t this available in print? In support of our global sustainability and decarbonization initiatives, ³¯Ñô³Ô¹Ïis reducing print offerings for certain publications. Questions may be directed to the ³¯Ñô³Ô¹Ïteam at ashe@aha.org.
